Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you request a demo, we collect the information you submit, including your name, work email, company website, business type, and requested use case. We also collect limited first-party usage events such as page visits, demo starts, and form completion. We do not use advertising cookies.

AI receptionist information

For activated customers, AnswerSentry may process caller phone numbers, call audio, transcripts, appointment details, messages, and information callers voluntarily provide. Customers control their business instructions, retention settings, and approved integrations.

How we use information

We use information to prepare demos, provide and improve the service, prevent abuse, measure website performance, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We may use infrastructure, telephony, speech, language-model, email, analytics, and payment providers solely to operate AnswerSentry. We limit information shared to what each provider needs to perform its service.

Retention and security

Demo requests are retained while we evaluate or serve the business relationship. Operational records are retained only as reasonably needed for service, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and data-minimization practices, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your demo-request information, or opt out of further outreach, through the contact form on the home page. Customers may request service-data exports or deletion subject to contractual and legal retention requirements.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product develops. The effective date above identifies the current version. Until a dedicated support address is activated, privacy requests can be submitted through the AnswerSentry demo form with “Privacy request” in the website or goal context.
