Terms of Service
These terms govern use of the AnswerSentry website, demo experience, and any separately activated pilot service.
Website and demo use
You may use this site and its demonstrations for legitimate business evaluation. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, submit unlawful material, impersonate others, or reverse engineer protected systems.
Pilot service
A paid AnswerSentry pilot begins only after both parties approve the business rules, pricing, scope, and activation date. The website’s founding offer is an invitation to discuss a pilot, not an automatic guarantee of service or availability.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of business information, lawful call handling instructions, calendar and integration permissions, required caller notices, and compliance with industry-specific obligations. AnswerSentry must not be used as an emergency service or a substitute for licensed professional judgment.
AI limitations
AI systems can misunderstand callers or generate incorrect responses. Customers must review their configured flows and maintain a practical human escalation path. We may suspend automation when safe or reliable handling is uncertain.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, included minutes, overages, and cancellation terms are confirmed in the pilot order. Unless that order states otherwise, the founding pilot is billed monthly and may be canceled before the next billing cycle.
Disclaimers and liability
The site and demo are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnswerSentry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or decisions made solely from AI output. Any final customer agreement may contain additional warranty and liability terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material pilot-service changes will be handled under the applicable customer agreement.
