SMS Terms
These terms govern the AnswerSentry Transactional Messaging program for appointment confirmations and operational call summaries.
Program description
AnswerSentry sends transactional customer-care messages related to calls handled by an activated AI receptionist. A caller may receive one appointment confirmation after expressly requesting the text during that call. An authorized business operator may receive one operational summary for a completed call. The program does not send marketing, promotional offers, or lead-generation outreach.
Consent
Caller enrollment occurs verbally only after an appointment is booked. The AI receptionist identifies AnswerSentry, offers one appointment-confirmation text, discloses that message and data rates may apply, explains HELP and STOP, and states that consent is optional and not required to book. A message is sent only after the caller gives an unambiguous affirmative response to that complete disclosure. Authorized business operators enroll on the public AnswerSentry onboarding page by entering a mobile number and affirmatively selecting an unchecked checkbox that contains the same program, frequency, rate, HELP, STOP, privacy, and optional-consent disclosures. Business operators may disable summaries at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with call and appointment activity. Caller confirmations are limited to one message for a booked appointment, and business summaries are limited to one message per completed call. Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP to cancel messages. After opting out, the recipient will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless they provide fresh consent. Reply HELP for help, email support@answersentry.com, or visit answersentry.com.
Privacy
Mobile information is handled under the AnswerSentry Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS consent records are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be provided to messaging and infrastructure providers only as needed to deliver and secure the requested service.
